Jade is a versatile P/OF/MIF who brings multiple ways to impact the game. In the circle, she demonstrates strong control, understands pitch sequencing and shows the ability to generate swing-and-miss. She competes with a plan and demonstrates an understanding of how to set up hitters rather than simply relying on velocity.

Offensively, Jade is an adjustable gap-to-gap hitter who uses the field and creates productive launch angles. Her ability to make adjustments gives her the opportunity to produce quality contact against different pitch types and locations.

Defensively, Jade shows a good internal clock, body control and strong defensive instincts. She gets quality first-step reads, tracks the ball well and has the versatility to contribute in the middle infield and outfield in addition to the circle. Her combination of pitchability, offensive adjustability and defensive versatility gives her value in multiple roles.
